How can I add a new school or non-profit to recieve TerraCycle points?

TerraCycle points are credited to the accounts of private collectors and public drop-off point administrators as a reward for their collection efforts. The number of points given is determined by the total weight of the shipment. Check the specific programme page for how many points will be earned per shipment. 

Once credited, the points can be redeemed as financial donations to the school or non-profit chosen by the owner of the points. The points must be redeemed on the TerraCycle website.

Please note, you must redeem a minimum of 3500 TerraCycle points, or $35.

To add a new school or non-profit:

  1. Log in to your TerraCycle account
  2. Visit this page, fill in the details and complete the bank details form.
  3. Once this has been done, please email the bank details form to customercare@terracycle.co.nz so they can approve the school or non-profit.

Once approved, you can redeem points to your chosen school or non-profit. Instructions can be found here.
