I'd like to set up a public drop-off point but the programme is full, what can I do?

We're delighted to hear that you'd like to make a difference in your local community!

Each programme has a limited number of spaces. Due to the popularity of our service, they fill up really quickly.

As a result, once a programme is full, we're unable to make any exceptions and therefore can not accept any further collectors - whether this is a public drop-off point or private collector.

We would advise that you sign up to our communications to be notified of future programme launches as soon as they become available, as well as join the waitlist for the programme you are interested in. Should spaces become available you will be automatically added to the programme.

You may be able to collect the waste, and drop it off at another nearby public drop-off point not on the waitlist, or you may be interested in our Zero Waste Box solution. For more information, please visit the Zero Waste Box website.
