How do I access shipping labels and send my recycling?

It's great that you have a box ready to send in for recycling. You can download a free shipping label from your TerraCycle account. Please download a separate shipping label with a unique tracking number for each box you send.

1. Sign in to your account
2. Click on the icon at the top right side of the page next to the trolley, and select Profile from the drop down menu
3. Under the MY PROGRAMMES tab you will see the free recycling programmes you have signed up for. Click on GET SHIPPING LABEL and follow the prompts. You can also access the GET SHIPPING LABEL button on the programme page
4. Your pre-paid shipping label will be sent directly to your email inbox where you will be able to print and affix it to the sealed box of recycling you have been collecting. If you have any trouble accessing the shipping label via your email you can also access it via your Profile by clicking on the MY SHIPMENTS tab, next to MY PROGRAMMES
5. Once the box is ready to go you can drop it off at your nearest New Zealand Post Office, so a staff member can enter the FreePost number

Please make sure you check the programme page to see if there is a minimum shipment weight, or any special instructions specific to that programme!
