This may be due to a number of reasons:
- Your shipment has not been delivered yet. Track your shipment here.
- Your shipment has not been checked in. Usually this is completed within a few days of receipt, but during busy periods this may take up to two weeks.
- Your shipment did not reach the minimum required weight.
If you believe your shipment is missing, you have 90 days from the date you shipped your parcel to claim your points. Please reach out to Customer Care for assistance.
