Why haven’t I received an email to download my label?

Sometimes there’s a slight delay in generating and sending you the confirmation email. You can also access the label in your account.

  1. Log in to your TerraCycle account and click “Profile” (this is under the person-shape icon)
  2. Select “Account Information” > “My programmes"
  3. Find the program you need. If you have active labels, select 'View shipping labels'. You can then select an unused label to download.

If you don't have any active shipping labels, you'll see something similar to the image below. Click on the request button to create and download a new one.
