How can I update my account details?

  1. Log in to your TerraCycle account and click “Profile” (this is under the person-shape icon)
  2. Select “Account Information” > “Basic Information"
  3. Select "Edit Your Profile” 
  4. Once all information is updated, click “Save”

Please note if you are listed as a public drop-off point, address changes must be approved by our team. Please contact us with the details of your change.
